Roto Brush Screen

Roto-brush is rotating brush system designed to help remove debris that may become entangled or stuck in the bar screen. The perforated/wedge wire stainless steel screen is formed into an arc and mounted on a self-standing fabricated box with open top and bottom.

Roto Drum Screen

The main component of this system is a cylindrical drum is positioned at an angle to the water flow, with one end submerged in the water or wastewater. The drum is set in motion by a motor-driven mechanism, causing it to rotate slowly. As the drum rotates, water or wastewater flows into it from one end. A cleaning mechanism like brushes/ sprays/scrapers incorporated with screen which will remove the captured solids from the drum and deposit them into a collection bin through screw conveyor.

Stepped Tooth Bar Screen

This type of screen has fixed and reciprocation bars arranged alternatively across the screen. Reciprocating bars elevates the debris towards up and fixed bars used to hold and deliver the debris to the chute or conveyor.

Escalator Screen

The mechanical bar screen of the escalator type features retractable perforated trays. These trays serve as steps to capture larger floating particles, while the perforations efficiently handle smaller particles. Additionally, this screen is equipped with a separate backwash arrangement and a rotating brush for the effective cleaning of the trays.

Screw Screen

The screw screen facilitates the separation of solid particles from either untreated sewage or wastewater within industrial settings. Specifically engineered for placement within a concrete channel, the screw screen system encompasses the compaction and cleansing of screenings in its standard configuration. Situated at the conclusion of the screw's transport segment, the compactor undertakes the dual processes of compressing and removing moisture from the screenings. This serves to diminish both the weight and volume of the captured screenings.

Multi-rake Bar Screen

Multi-rake mechanical bar screen is a type of wastewater treatment equipment designed to remove large solid debris from water or wastewater streams. It is commonly used in municipal wastewater treatment plants, industrial facilities, and other water treatment applications to protect downstream equipment and processes from damage caused by large objects.
